We hired Michael to represent our son with a speeding ticket. He was traveling 95mph in a 70mph zone. The ticket was reduced to 9mph over the limit saving us a lot of headaches. Mr. Michael Kosrow Franchi represented my case on July 2021. He was easy to contact, demonstrated multiple acts of guidance, and continuously updated me on what was going on. Specifically speaking regarding my case, he made sure to give me the information I needed regarding the ticket I received. This ticket was for driving after 9 even though I had not received my full license. I was stopped due to the frame of my license plate and simply ticketed for not having my after 9's. Due to COVID-19, I explained to the officer the situation with the DMV and did the same to Mr. Franchi. When presenting my case to him, he immediately gave me his professional opinion and reliable telephone number where I could reach out to him for any questions or concerns. He gave me instructions on the next steps such as taking a driving course (under 21), setting up a DMV appointment, signing the contract to hire him and pay him. This part of the journey specifically is one to note as I believe I paid a fair amount for both parties with the option to pay fully or do so in payment plans. I had a dui charge in Nc via Smithfield where Micky Frank handle this situation with no problem. His style of being a lawyer will defeat the opponent. He ask very detail critical thinking questions and destroys his opponent, while they look confused to why they were their the first place. I was able to get off this charged which haunted me for almost 2 yrs. Now, Im getting back to life and don’t have to worry about something that happened In 2019. I would highly recommend him if you live or live outside of state. Your money will be worth your time and effort. After calling other lawyers in the area , reading the reviews off Google then I came to the conclusion that he was worth my time and money and I didn’t make a mistake. Please , higher him if you have a problem with the law.
