We have closed on two properties (land/2nd home) with Will Morgan and he is amazing to work with. If you are looking for someone that will ensure that every question is answered, even the ones you didn't know to ask. He is the man! Their firm has outstanding customer service, their front office is always welcoming. Dwayne and Martha are top notch in communicating with the attorneys and returning your call promptly. Michelle is amazingly knowledgeable about business structure and will/trust planning. She also has provided some great guidance on our LLC. You can go with other law firms in the area, they might get the deal done. But if you want to feel cared for and comfortable throughout the entire process, Smith & Morgan Law is where you need to go. We are about to put another property under contract and without a doubt we will be calling Will once it is under contract.
