Beware of the fees!!!! They will charge you an exorbitant amount for something that is supposed to go to trial and it never goes to trial and they will not refund the fees. Referred a best friend and she was told 6000 to cover everything in divorce but was later build 20,000 after they got the 6000. Wish I could give it half a star.

Jessica, Ashley and the entire team have been with me through thick and thin. My situation has not been simple or easy in anyway, their knowledge of the law, court procedures and just how to handle situations when I was lost or at wits end is amazing. I ability to know that I can call or email them and get a quick response and handled professionally gives me piece of mind in a situation that has caused me many sleepless night before coming to Cape Family Law. I would like to thank Cape Fear Family Law, especially Brittany Hall and Amy Bender, for helping me with my custody case. On several occasions, I would hand Amy a stack of documents and receipts and she would gladly accept them. Amy would help organize the materials I gave her while Brittany made certain that everything was in order and facilitated the documentation that was presented to the judge. They meticulously organized everything I gave them and placed the materials into binders that were then organized into sub-sections. The level of detail was very impressive! The owner of CFFL was initially involved but she had confidence in Brittany to spearhead my case and that’s exactly what Brittany did! Brittany was thoughtful and patient while working with me to gather the necessary court materials. Whenever I had a question, Brittany would contact me immediately or by the end of the day, even on weekends! I mainly worked with Amy and Brittany but others at the office were also involved. It truly felt like an extended family was working on my case, so I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone at Cape Fear Family Law. Yes, I highly recommend CFFL for your legal needs!

Janet was extremely helpful and sincere with my situation during my phone consultation with her. She is the first attorney that I’ve consulted with in months that gave me some hope and wonderful legal advice and help. She took the time to review my case and walked me through all the steps that I needed to do to work towards getting my kids back from a very vindictive and malicious ex husband. She is amazing and it was a blessing to talk to her today!

Matthew Geiger has been such a pleasure to work with. He has been readily available whenever I needed him or had a question. Matt speaks in laymen terms so you know exactly what he is saying. He has been patient and understanding even when I may have not understood the first time. If you need a good lawyer that will fight for you Matt is your man.
