Katie is absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone and hire her again in a heartbeat! She handled my divorce and helped me every step of the way. If there's anything you don't understand just tell her and she will explain it until you do understand. She won't let you sign anything unless its perfect either so she will always have your back and will fight for you.

Katie was an invaluable asset to help me through my divorce and custody case. I had called around to several offices in the area and the only one that I felt a connection to was Katie. She had a sharp tongue, and I knew she was the one who would not back down during this fight. She empathized and made me feel heard. She took the time to listen to my story and even look at photos of my son. I recall telling her she probably didn't care but she reached for my phone and took those few moments to see really see us. Mrs. Montgomery brought our family together. She listened with an open mind to my daughter who is a teen, as well as myself without judgement. She looked into everything we told her. She legitimately cares to help children and families and wants what is best for the child. We've had a guardian ad litem in the past who took the truth we spoke and twisted our words. Who believed the wrong people and went by hearsay and the "majority." My daughter is healing tremedously from her trauma and acting more carefree and HAPPY for the first time in years now that our case is settled. Mrs. Montgomery has been a godsend to our family and I would hire her again as a guardian ad litem and attorney.

Katie Montgomery represented me halfway through my complicated divorce because I had to fire my previous attorney.
