George is hands down THE BEST attorney you can find in clermont county. I've had him on multiple cases, ive had other attorneys but since i met George i haven't gone anywhere else. You can't get any better with Montgomery law. That's a fact. I'll never have another attorney represent me in a case. Thank you George!

If you’re looking for an experienced attorney that you can trust, you have come to the right place. I found George Montgomery from a personal referral, and he came highly recommended. After meeting with several attorneys, I chose him to help me navigate a complicated and sensitive grandparent visitation case. He is very knowledgeable, has over 30 years of experience, and seems to really care about his clients. Family court is extremely stressful and having his representation put me at ease. He guided me through every step for over a year, which ultimately led to a positive outcome for me. His paralegal is also extremely helpful and quick to respond.

I had a protection order issue and custody issue against an ex roommate and he helped me with everything. He was very thorough, accommodating (even when I had to bring my kids), and he was worth every penny. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

I’m not usually one to leave a review, but I have to! Katie is absolutely amazing at her job and is such a go getter. She helped me immensely in my custody battle with my ex. She was prepared for all of his antics and had all of the documents well noted to make our case. She represented me like no one else has, truly had someone fighting for me. I hired Katie Montgomery for my divorce. she was like talking to a very knowledgeable friend who walked with me through each step of the mess my ex had left behind by fleeing the state etc. She has a bulldog tenacity with a kind heart to help get her clients the best outcome. She meets you right where you’re at & walks out with you on the other side to a brighter future.

This is one of the worse lawyers anyone could ever choose to represent a family member. After thousands of dollars and a multitude of lies my family is destroyed for life.

I'm actually giving zero stars !!! Please DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN !! My brother unfortunately hired George to represent him back in March. He asked for a $3500 retainer fee followed by another $7,500 . This pathetic lazy man is nothing less than shady and deceiving a public defender puts more work into his clients interest. He never spoke to a single person who witnessed the so-called incident he had me collect evidence and take pictures and deliver them to his office. He never returned any phone calls he even sent his daughter for one of my brother's hearings . He is rude nasty and definitely not on a defendant side yup he's one of those just please run the other way. Believe me when I tell you he could care less about his client. All I got to say George is every dog has his day that that.

My husband and I met with Mr. Montgomery. Mr. Montgomery seemed to know his stuff and we were confident we found someone we could rely on. We asked about a retainer, but I guess because we were unaware of the direction we were going to take our custody case he replied there was no need for a retainer. We were shocked but obviously thrilled. We explained baby mom was full of drama and we needed someone on our side to answer questions about our current custody order. We were told if we needed answers we could set up a meeting and he would bill us 375$ an hour. Fast forward about 2 months we have a time sensitive matter and need to set up a meeting. We called and received major push back and attitude from the receptionist. Very rude woman which I knew from the time I scheduled our first meeting but gave him a chance anyways. Two days later I call again, receptionist was very aggravated and said she would have him call us. Another two days and nothing, so I call and she now states he does not give “advice” by the hour and that would be risking “malpractice” so now my husband and I are completely shocked since we both were in the meeting where he gave us his cards and told us he was our lawyer and to call if we need anything. Now my husband and I are in a time crunch to find someone to help us. Am I stupid or do people not have lawyers to run to with legal questions?! Because now who we thought our lawyer was just left us in a mess with four days to find a new lawyer. It took a week to get this answer. Very unprofessional. Also the receptionist will cut you off every chance she gets and treats you like you’re some kind of uneducated criminal.

Katie helped me with my custody case for my son and managed to de-escalate the whole thing from going to trial. She got me what I wanted out of my case and I can’t thank her enough for supporting me and being not just my attorney but a friend and advisor who kept it real, stuck it to me straight, didn’t try to downplay how things were gonna go and that’s a rare quality to have in an attorney.
