Mr. Montgomery & his staff are terrific! I had a change in job requiring me to travel out of town weekly. My ex did not like it and tried to to gain sole custody & abolish our shared parenting. Mr. Montgomery stood up for me and my children ensuring she did not get what she wanted! Mr. Montgomery is an absolute professional and will do what it takes to ensure a positive outcome!

Mr. Montgomery is an excellent attorney. He genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to help them. I can't say enough about what a great person he is. He helped us through one of the hardest times in our lives. He is very transparent and is up front regarding legal issues. Do not hire this attorney. He will take your money and claim he doesn't know the laws. ( His words not mine. ) He will not return your calls even when he says to call him. He will not help you. In my case, family law.
