Ok but didnt help a veteran

They don't help when help is needed there's a process like 2 to 3 month spand when the problem is today

They kept telling me to call back in 20mins did it 4 times then they put me on hold after being on hold for 10 mins they hung up plus receptionist was very rude.

As Many Problems I've Had Living In Apartments Legal Aid Doesn't Give Good Solution Or Advice To Problems By The Time The Courts Are Involve It's Too Late Once A Eviction Takes Places Only Then Legal Aid Steps In.... Ur Face To Deal With Even More Problems........

I had 2 problems that i needed help with. I left a message & my call was promptly returned. Based on my current needs for assistance, I would need to speak to 2 lawyers in their respective fields. Both lawyers returned my call the same day. I was not expecting such a quick response. Due to transportation problems, one lawyer, Steven came to my home. I have been treated by them with the utmost kindness & respect. I feel the lawyers that work there are very passionate & wish they could help everyone that walks thru their doors & are troubled when they can't. Unfortunately, they are funded by the government & their hands are tied on how much they can do. They perform a service like no other & receive very little recognition. I feel very grateful that they were able to assist me. Don t give up on them. If they weren't able to assist you now, don't give up on them entirely, you may need their assistance in future.
