Mr. Hart helped with a recent driving while under suspension and had it reduced down to minor offense and lower fine. He's professionalism and personal approach made this difficult time easier. I would recommend anyone to go to him!

I would like to thank Mr. Hart for helping me with a ticket involving a railroad crossing. A lack of judgement on my part initiated the violation and he exceeded the outcome that he thought he could reduce it to and ended up pleading to a non moving equipment failure violation and I live on the opposite side of the State. I got very lucky choosing him to help me with this.

Robert exceeded my expectations with a recent speeding ticket. He negotiated a possible four point violation down to a non-moving violation with zero points and very reduced fine. He was extremely professional, answered all questions clearly and was very expedient in dealing with my case. He deserves every five star rating on here!

I had a traffic ticket out of Ohio when I was coming back from Indiana on my vacation. I knew immediately it was going to be difficult seeing as I live in PA and I couldn't appear at the hearings due to work. Not only did Robert understand my situation but he went above and beyond to settle my case. What could have been points on my license and a huge fine turned into 0 points and a small fine. Extremely reasonably priced also for his work, he deserves more however in my opinion. See him if you need anything. He won't disappoint!

Highly recommended! Mr. Hart got my speeding ticket, 27 mph over the limit, dropped down to a non-moving defective equipment violation. The one time fee that I paid was WAY less than what my rise in insurance premiums over the next 3-5 years would have cost, not to mention that I get to keep my clean driving record!
Very easy to communicate with over email and responds in a very timely manner. He even took the time to meet in person, at my request, and had an appoint for me the next business day.
I will definitely be keeping his contact information!
