I high recommend Robert Hart, Jr. for defense of traffic violations. After receiving my second speeding ticket within a year, I was seeking a qualified attorney to represent me in Hamilton County. Robert Hart’s information appeared at the top of my search results. After reading the positive reviews, I called his office and a secretary transferred my call. I expected an assistant to answer, but no, it was actually Robert himself who fielded my call. He explained what I should expect as an outcome, but did not promise any particular result. I knew at a minimum he would represent me in a court of law much better than I would myself. After he appeared on my behalf for my initial court date, he pleaded not guilty and a new date was set for two weeks later. End result, Robert had my ticket dismissed, no fine, no points, no increased insurance premiums!!! His very reasonable attorney fee was a worthwhile investment!

Mr. Robert Hart, Jr. is an EXCELLENT attorney. I called his office and was immediately contacted by him. After discussing a traffic violation with him, I was confident that he was the right attorney to represent my case. His fees are very reasonable. He kept me posted as to what the next steps were and what to expect. He appeared in court for me and I didn’t even have to be there. He had this case wrapped up in less than a month. I live in Michigan and was got a speeding ticket in Ohio. I planned on calling 3 attorneys to see who I got the best feeling from, and called Robert first. He was the only call I ended up making. He negotiated no points on my speeding ticket and got it changed to having no tail light. Did a great job, communicated timely and was very easy to work with. Would totally use him again. Mr. Hart and Firm was my saviors, I thought I’m going to lose a traffic violation on a construction zone but Mr Hart saved my CDL License from get an really ugly points and a lot of money in comercial insurance. I live in Novi, MI, and I was visiting my son and his family when I had an auto accident on Sept. 13, 2019. While I was making a left turn, I was hit by another car. Both cars were totaled and I received a ticket for "failure to yield left turn". I believed that I had a green left turn arrow. One of the first things the Law Enforcement Officer asked me when he came to the scene of the accident was "how old are you"?. I was 80 at the time. Then, he asked the same of the driver of the other car. She was 23. I think ageism may have entered into his decision to ask me first and to give me a ticket. In order to dispute the ticket, I would have had to return to OH from MI to go to court. My son looked online for a lawyer to dispute the ticket and hired Robert Hale. Mr. Hale went to the court appearances on my behalf and was able to have the ticket reduced to lesser offense. I am so grateful to Mr. Hale for successfully reducing the ticket.
