I am a professional truck driver and I recently got a traffic ticket that could have impacted my livelihood. Robert does fantastic work. He contacted me immediately after I inquired, he kept me updated throughout the process, and got my speeding ticket dropped to a headlight violation. He notified me out of the outcome immediately after my court appearance. Should you need legal services, I highly suggest Mr. Hart. The 5 star reviews are well-warranted. I’ve never written a google review but I 100% had to for this. I received a 110mph ticket in Muskingum county Ohio. I decided to speak with Robert and he handled the situation perfectly. He kept me updated throughout everything. Than he had the ticket dismissed which was amazing as a 18 year old male at the time it would be detrimental to me and my insurance would spike. I’d recommend Robert in a heartbeat and would use him if I ever need his services again.

I have a Class A CDL and was in a collision in Cincinnati and charged with failure to control.
I contacted Robert and talked to him about his strategy for my defense and was impressed from the get go!
I paid the retaining fee, never appeared in court, had the charges dismissed with no fine or court costs, and most importantly no points on my license!
He did an amazing job and I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is facing a similar situation!!!

I called Robert a couple weeks back regarding a couple of questions and advise regarding an incident we had dealt with and he immediately got back to us an had taken his time to explain each process.
