I recently enlisted the service of Robert Hart for an out of state speeding ticket. He was very responsive and courteous and was able to reduce my ticket to a non moving violation to avoid points on my license. He made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend him for anyone finding themselves in the same unfortunate situation.

I was wrongfully cited for an automobile accident I was not the cause of. Mr. Hart was responsive, diligent, and organized. He was able to have the points removed from my record and the best part, I did not have to be present in court whatsoever. I cannot recommend Mr. Hart's services enough.

Mr. Hart was able to get a speeding ticket reduced for me so I could pursue a career in truck driving. He was honest and up front about the whole process.This guy knows what he is doing and it shows. He gets the job done. I would highly recommend him.

Had a speeding ticket that could have cost me to lose my license. Robert helped me in my case and I loved the results. He got it dropped to where I had no speeding or points on my record. Also didn't have to appear in court which was a plus being it would have been a 10 hr drive. Would recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer in this area!

I Called Mr. Harts office and received a phone call back within 5 minutes. Mr. Hart was responsive, friendly and said he would handle everything including court appearance as I am an OTR driver. I went from having a pretty hefty moving violation to a no points taken ticket. Mr. Hart knows his stuff and did not over charge for his services in fact I would say he undercharges. I would definitely recommend his services if you're in need of a good professional CDL Attorney.

Highly recommend!!! Robert was very professional and simple to deal with and was very fairly priced. I hired Robert for my defense on a speeding citation for 93/70 in Ohio. Robert got this reduced to a non moving no point equipment violation. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
