I'm a resident of Michigan. I got in a fender bender while in Ohio. I got a ticket that was 2 points on my license. I reached out to Mr. Hart and got an immediate response. He was quick, communicative, and very friendly. He got my ticket reduced to a non-moving violation and no points on my license. Being from a different state, I had no clue of the ins and outs of Ohio traffic laws, but Mr. Hart certainly did.
