Needed help but they never helped me and never even messaged me

Daphne was the best to work with!! She handled my car accident and was able to negotiate down all of my medical bills and squeeze every penny out of the other driver's insurance even though they only carried the state minimum. Highly recommend them!!!

Using a referral from another lawyer I trust, I hired Steve to help my family with a legal matter. Where just minor missteps can have major consequences, he delicately carried us to the finish line and handled every matter with aplomb. He battled on our behalf with professionalism, even when the other party didn't reciprocate. His correspondence was right-on-time and never had us feeling uninformed. Lastly, the fee he charges is an excellent value that I would happily pay again if another legal matter ever arose. Our family is very grateful for him!

When I was first looking for an attorney I didn't want to use the attorney in Clermont County that we've always used because most of the time it was a disappointment. So I went to the internet and I told Google I need the best probation violation attorney and it gave me Rittgers & Riffgers. So I started reading their reviews and I thought could they really be this good ( yes they can) Everything I read about them was great so I decided to reach out to them and that's when I spoke to Steve Kilburn. He was of the utmost professional and quick to respond to any question I had. He even gave me his personal cell phone number I've never had an attorney to do that before and then in the courtroom he worked his magic. I never dreamed we'd get the outcome we did. My son had been arrested for probation violation he had been in jail for 3 weeks and when Steve told me what he was going to ask the judge for I thought it was a bit of a reach. He asked the judge to terminate the felony probation and to release him on that day not only did he get that done but he also got the fines and cost waived which were over $1,000. If you need an attorney Steve Kilburn is your man just phenomenal.
