Eric and Daphne are an amazing duo at Rittgers and Rittgers. They are both so kind, professional, so quick to respond to emails and are on top of everything. It was amazing and a pleasure working with them. The results were great.

I got the call that every parent dreads: their son has been in a bad accident on the other side of the country and is being rushed to the ER. I got there as fast as possible and was grateful he was alive and receiving excellent care. What I wasn't prepared for was the barrage of phone calls & mailings from "ambulance chasers" the moment his accident report had become public (not legal where I live). He was suffering from multiple injuries and was on strong pain medication so he was in no condition to think about needing representation and quickly. I spent hours and hours online researching attorneys and Ohio law..I called many of them and either got a recording or a "receptionist" none returned calls. On my last day I just happened to mention to a hospital nurse that I needed to find a lawyer *today* and she said I know someone and wrote down "Rittgers & Rittgers" she said Charlie was "a local boy done good" I called and left my story on their VM, I promptly received a call back from Daphne a paralegal, she was caring, knowledgeable and understood my urgency. Within an hour Charles M. Rittgers was in my sons hospital room and we discussed the case. We were impressed with his demeanor, honesty and knowledge, and I felt in my heart that this man will take care of my son. He sure did, the staff was exemplary and Daphne continued to work on his case and keep me informed along the way. His case just settled and this firm was able to secure a settlement double our expectations. I recommend Rittgers & Rittgers very highly 10 STARS!

I was hit by a car on my motorcycle. My mother found Rittgers & Rittgers, made a call and an hour later Charlie M. Rittgers came to see me. I had never needed an attorney before but after meeting with him, I was sure he was going to fight for me. This is an attorney who actually cares and I instantly felt relieved that I didn’t have to worry anymore. All I had to focus on was healing. His staff is amazing. His paralegal Daphne negotiated rates with my medical insurance, kept me updated every step of the way, and got my insurance to essentially double my settlement amount. I can’t say enough good things about this firm. If you want a firm who will represent you properly and treat you with respect, look no further.

I worked with Matt in the past so when life threw me around I knew right where to go!
