Jeffrey Heller and his team at NPHM did a wonderful job of not only handling our auto accident case from beginning to end, but making it easy and stress free for us. We were always provided timely updates and explanations of each update. Jeffrey and his team were available to answer our questions, and eliminate our concerns about the personal injury process. Jeffrey and case manager Alexandra Matta worked quickly but very efficiently to get me the best settlement without having to wait years. They handled everything, made sure that anything he needed was provided by insurance companies and healthcare institutions, taking a large burden off of us, so we didn’t have to track down paperwork or spend time calling to obtain records etc. Jeffrey is compassionate as well as completely trustworthy. We received a very fair settlement and we were able to get the settlement checks quite quickly once everything was agreed on, drawn up, accounted for, and signed. We should of called Jaime first! The first attorneys' we selected had no experience in catastrophic airplane accidents, 1.5 years after the fact we realized that. Thankfully Jaime and team was able to step in and get us back on track, resulting in multiple favorable agreements within a 6 month time frame. I know when you first meet Jordan you will think wow he is young and you will wonder is he the best choice for you and your family. Ill just say this "YES" remember Mike Tyson was young too. When some one has violated you or your rights Jordan has a unbelievable jab in the court room that will leave your opponents dazed and speechless.
