My family worked with Jordan Lebovitz, following a car accident involving our father. Initially we reached out to the insurance company, and they told us that his longer-term injuries were unrelated to the accident. We were looking at thousands of dollars in medical bills, as Dad was never able to return home after the accident. Jordan met with my father and me, in the nursing (rehab) home, about a month after the accident. Although we really didn’t want to pursue a lawsuit, we felt we had no choice. Jordan was kind and extremely helpful, dealing with my father (who sadly passed from his injuries several months after the accident), and my family, three adult children with distinctly different personalities, throughout the entire 2 ½ years that it took to settle the case. Jordan always made himself available when we reached out, and if he couldn’t answer the phone himself, would have one of his paralegals contact us immediately. Jordan was never rushed when speaking with us; he patiently explained the intricacies of our case and the legal process. We never would have ended up with a fair and equitable settlement on our own and feel deeply grateful to Jordan for his kindness in an extremely stressful situation, and for his expertise in dealing with all parties involved. He took an unbearable situation and brought it to the best possible outcome.

The fact they target trucks and make all these claims how they are larger and cause more impact just disgusts me. It would be different if your commercials came out and claimed just accidents and then said you had a variety of coverages. It's a shame the world has come to money over people.
