I just want to thank Jeff Heller for helping and doing the best ever that anyone can possibly do and treating me with a lot of respect and getting everything I needed.

My experience with Nuremberg Paris was very positive during a tumultuous time for me. Jonathan Mester represented my family after a routine, outpatient surgery resulted in the wrongful and untimely death of my mother. He is a kind and compassionate person and he handled our case like a true professional. The staff at Nurenberg, Paris treated us with dignity and respect at all times. Phone calls and emails were returned promptly and we were kept abreast of the case as it unfolded. His case manager, Rachel was great to work with and very professional. When the time came, we were well informed of our options in the case and what the anticipated result would be. While I pray I never need this type of service again, I would not hesitate to reach out to him should the need arise.

Although I never wanted to be in the situation I was, working with David Herman was awesome. He made everything easy to understand and was there to answer questions every step of the way. We were always informed and kept up to date with our case. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I'd like to start of by saying wow they are amazing lol I am returning with my husband jeffery Mechler/Madoneczky for a second accident with attorney Jordan Lebovitz an he was the best. he made everything so easy an simple for us. he always stayed in touch with us no matter what. Our attorney David Herman with Nuerenburg-Paris was professional and courteous. Our first meeting he made my husband and I feel very at ease and answered all of our questions. The waiting area is beautiful. The receptionist is very polite and helpful. Every lawyer I’ve spoken to about this law firm had great things to say about them and told me I was in good hands. I chose this firm actually not knowing it was the “Nuerenburg-Paris” I had seen on TV. I chose it based on an attorney sight that reviews attorneys and they had 5 out 5 stars, amazing reviews, around 40 years experience and they returned my call immediately. I only realized it was thee “Nurenberg Paris” I had seen on TV until I walked into the first meeting and saw the sign on the door. So I made sure to do my homework on this law firm before I chose them. Not based on TV popularity. The only promise our attorney ever made us was that every 30 days he would contact us with an update on our case. Even if there wasn’t any change in the status of our case, he said he would contact us every 30 days by email, phone or have his assistant contact us. In the maybe 18 months we worked with him he never updated us on our case as he promised in our first meeting. We didn’t ask a lot of questions. We didn’t call daily, weekly or monthly. We stayed in our lane and let our attorney do his job. We knew everything he said was a “guesstimate” because we knew with our type of lawsuit that we couldn’t have any expectations. We knew that our lawsuit was unique and we’re not the type of people to set unrealistic expectations for ourselves or others. But when he made that one and only promise and broke that promise it hurt. While it may seem like a simple missed phone call to him it did cause turmoil in our home. My husband and I would argue over whether we should call or email. Feeling like we didn’t want to bother him or be “that” client. Which in turn would cause friction between us. Add about five months in to our case we did send an email to him letting him know that we were upset with him that he had not kept his promise to update us on our case. He sent an email back apologizing and assured us that going forward he would update us every 30 days as promised. Nothing changed. We always had to contact him. Our case was a horrible case to go through for our family and it just added more stress and heartache. Once the case was nearing the end we couldn’t get our attorney to return our calls or emails. He would only call if he had an update on the settlement negotiations. He asked me to write a review at our final meeting and I put a lot of thought into what I wanted to say because he was a really nice guy, but when I received a “reminder” email around 30 days later asking me to do my Google review it just made me shake my head🤦🏻‍♀️ Now he has time to email me an update and it’s to remind me to do a review😒
