Realy good lawyer and great guy

Got in an accident called Tim Missy just like he said to do . no one returned my call. Not interested in helping meI guess.Very disappointing

I find their commercials acting like they care about people who have been wronged offensive. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! My friend called this firm regarding the unexpected sudden death of her daughter due to heart problems. Her daughter had recently had tests done, including chest x-rays and an EKG, obviously something was missed. They didn't want to bother with even a cursory look at her case. Unless your case is so open and shut with such obvious malpractice that you could settle it yourself without paying attorney fees, they won't take it. My friend deserves to be treated with compassion for her loss and her daughter deserves justice for a life lost.

I have called two or three times and every time all I get is some young girl who tells me within 3 minutes no we won't take your case it's not what we do I was hurt in the hospital and the doctors were very very unprofessional they used experimental drugs on me that cause me to be sick and I still a year later cannot go back to work but Tim misny is not the one to go to because they don't need the business he's doesn't need the money I have witnesses I have documents and still nothing and recently I learned he killed another woman right before I came into that hospital so no I wouldn't call him for anything I asked to speak to him and they refuse to let me talk to an attorney good luck if he is him the girls will make you crazy before you even see him I wouldn't recommend them just from the phone calls that I've had

Wouldn’t even talk to me about my case and it’s for wrongful death but apparently he doesn’t do what he says! He doesn’t make them pay or even care

What a joke! Oh I'll make them pay! Contacted this lawyer, got a nasty lady answer the phone ask a couple questions and could have cared less. Said he will review info and call back in 24 hrs. Received a voice mail, 5 hrs later, which I have saved saying "He reviewed the case and he is not interested". How interesting that you can review a case with NO medical records and a lady only asking certain questions that would tell him LITTLE IF ANYTHING. I have all the medical records. What a phony! This attorney and his staff are a joke. You cant review a case and know anything unless you look at the records. What a joke for an attorney. You need to drop your phony I WILL MAKE THEM PAY LINE.

Still waiting for a call for the wrongful death case called two times no call back
