The second time I called the secretary was nasty and rude. She said you don't be posting this on websites . To that lady what right do you have to tell me what to do when I'm being discriminated against . She said this to me "as you educate yourself", very nasty .To that lady why don't you educate yourself on not being ignorant. And that lawyer you set me up with was not very good because he was asking me what other lawyers were saying.

I rarely write testimonials for anyone however, I have known Tim Misny for over 30 years and I have agreed to write this testimonial for two reasons. Reason one being Tim is a straight shooter, if he can help you he will give it 100 percent, if he can not help you he will tell you right up front and will not string you along.
The second reason is that no matter how high Tim may climb on the social ladder, he never forgets where he came from and those that helped him get to the top.

I used Tim Misny's services when I was involved in a car accident and the experience was pretty good. There were some staff changes during my case which left me in the dark for a bit but the new person assigned to my case made sure things went smoothly. My case was settled in a reasonable time frame and I was happy with the results. If I am ever in need of future legal services I know who to call. Thanks Tim Misny!!

I'm very disappointed with the service. My paralegal Danielle has never asked if i'd like to speak with the attorney and I still haven't to date. I retained them back in April 2016 when I was in a MVA. She was very attentive to me and talkative when I first called and now I have to call to get an update on my file, and it has been over 6 mos. I still haven't got to talk to actual attorney and i'm not feeling very good about this as from what i'm told they are now in negotiations.
