These guys have no Balls and Lazy. They just want to make deals. I had very negative experience from the Joslyn Firm. I was accused of sending threatening text messages to my ex. Which I did not do. And a warrant was put out for me. So being scared I hired the Joslyn Law Firm. They suggested i go to the the court house and turn my self in at the jail. The county jail is HELL. Afterwards they are all about making deals with the prosecutor which i didnt want to do. And my lawyer said to me that I should take the plea deal of disorderly conduct. Because the police officer will be at my trial and will take a long time to resolve and cost thousands of dollars. Plus a disorderly conduct is like a speeding ticket l. Because i trusted my lawyer I said ok. Next thing I know I will be on probation for year. My ex blackmailed me the whole year saying if I dont do what she says. She will lie to the police and put me in prison. I called the Joslyn law firm and told them the situation and would not return my call. So after the probation was over. I stood up to my ex and said no. So she filed another Temporary Protection Order then said I violated it twice. And a warrant was put out for my arrest. I hired a diiferent law firm and they got all warrants put to the side and didnt have to go to jail. Once they put the warrant to the side without me being there.. Not once or twice but 5 times. And believed that I was innocent and was not afraid to take it to trial. All 5 cases got dismissed and now my lawyer is talking to the prosecutor about putting charges on her for false police reports. My opinion is if you

I had a felony case that was dismissed almost 13 years ago. I tried to get it expunged once before with little success. I was told that once that happened I could never try again. I found Regina Griffith of Joslyn Law Firm online and contacted her for her assistance. Her knowledge around the courtroom was like nothing I had ever seen. She was able to argue my case effectively and got my case expunged. She is an amazing attorney and I highly recommended her for any legal troubles you may have. My family owes her a great deal of gratitude for helping me finally move on in my life.

Brian was an excellent attorney from start to finish. When I first was charged with my OVI I called and spoke with all of the top OVI attorney's in Columbus and after speaking with everyone Brian clearly stood out as the most knowledgeable attorney. Throughout the entire process he kept me extremely up to date and always gave me a narrow range of possibilities eliminating any surprises. I was pulled over for speeding (A LOT) and every attorney I spoke with pretty much told me that my case was so bad that they would see what they could do but it was definitely looking bad. Brian and Ryan managed to get me off on a stipulated first offense (this was my second), NO JAIL TIME and only a six month license suspension from the day of the incident. To be blunt about this, the outcome of my case would have probably been deemed impossible even by the top OVI attorneys in the state, but somehow Brian and Ryan managed to work some magic.
