I was referred to the Joslyn Law Firm for my dui and am very thankful for their help through this difficult time in my life. I had been out with some friends and had a few drinks. Not giving it a second thought, I got in my car to go home. State Highway Patrol pulled me over for speeding and asked if I had been drinking. I wanted to be honest with the officer because I thought I was fine. I told him I had 3 drinks over a 2 hour period. He asked me to step out of my car so he could perform these tests. I agreed because I thought the more cooperative I was, he would just let me go. The officer said I failed the sobriety tests and the next thing I knew I was being handcuffed and placed under arrest. I was charged with an ovi and taken to jail. This was the scariest time of my life. I had never been in trouble with the law before and was in fear that this would end up on my permanent record and ruin my life. A relative recommended the Joslyn Law Firm and after calling them and hearing what Mr. Joslyn had to say, I had a little more hope. The entire process took about 3 months, with 3 required court appearances. The staff kept me informed with all court appearances and updates on my case. The attorneys were prompt to return my calls within a 24-48 hour period. Everyone at this firm was kind, professional and sympathetic to my situation. My case concluded with a reduction from the ovi charge so no ovi on my record! I had to attend a weekend driving intervention course and pay some court costs. I want to thank everyone at the Joslyn Law Firm for helping me get through this and would recommend their services to anyone I know.

Amazing. I thought I would have to go to prison. I had a serious problem with drugs and alcohol and had hit rock bottom. I didn't know where to turn but Brian was completely understanding and completely on the money when it came to my defense. He made it a point to see that I got the treatment I needed and got the court to see I was taking steps to change my life. Thanks to him I will never have to see the inside of a prison. Brian is a great attorney who fought for my case until the end. I thought I would be facing prison time. But with Brian's hard work and efforts I am currently free and my sentence was reduced with the ability to be thrown out.
