Got charged with a DUI on a Saturday night. Called Joslyn law firm on Sunday, and to my surprise Brian Joslyn himself called back Sunday evening! Brian and his assistant Clary have done a great job investigating the police procedures, then minimizing the license suspension and fines. AND, kept me out of jail! Do have to attend a driver intervention program - but 3 days at a hotel are way better than jail time!!!

I would highly recommend Joslyn Law Firm to anyone. Ryan Shafer was very helpful and really knew his OVI law. I hired another lawyer to take care of a case for me while I was living out of state. When I moved back to Ohio I found out I had a warrant and Ryan was able to help me take care it quickly without going to jail and the charge was reduced.

I am so glad I hired the Joslyn law firm. Brian is awsome. He said they would fight for the best possible outcome and did just that. I was facing an F3 and F1 with possible life sentence. After working with Brian and Regina the F1 was dropped and now I'm looking at the possibility of probation. I had previously hired other attorneys twice and both times was told that probation was not a possibility. I highly recommend the Joslyn law firm

Brian was extremely responsive. He kept us updated on all case developments, and was always available to answer questions or to help us. He treated us like we were his only case. The outcome of our case was better than we could have expected.

He's worked with my case to make sure I get the best possible outcome, all awhile making sure that I have a full understanding of what his actions and plans are. I had a felony 2 drug charge from three years ago. Sense then I got my life together and I was about to go to prison. So I hired Brian Joslyn (Joslyn law firm) and I ended up with community control for 5 years. Thank god

Regina Griffith is an excellent attorney and really knows how the court system works, she was able to help me reach the best outcome of an impossible situation, she was very attentive and always available when I needed advice or someone to talk to. The Joslyn law firm was not the cheapest firm but not the most expensive and after everything was completed, I feel like I got a pretty good showing for my investment with the firm. I would Highly recommend Regina and Brian to anyone who asks.
