Absolutely scam I hired them to help me but they help the other company took my money not replying to my phone calls I also will report to bbb

I have been working with a Michael Klein. I could have settled my issue on my own. Paid Amourgis 599.00. Could do payments but would have been more that what was owned. Made several calls as well as emails to Michael Klein and have received no calls or emails back from them. Always an excuse. I tried to contact the creditor to see where my case stood after paying the agreed amount in full on November 5th and they told me I was still being represented by the attorney so they would have to talk to him. He told me I would receive something from the creditor within 30 days. So where is my money?

Absolutely a total scam. They sent me a letter saying how they could help me… and then wound up doing exactly what I could have done myself. They just took $600 from me to do it. Then send me an email that says “we tried to negotiate but they said no. Sorry. They agreed to $200 a month… but didn’t tell me for how long or anything. As a small business owner myself, I pride myself on my reviews and my integrity and honesty with my clients. This scam of a bum of a lawyers office is a joke. Don’t bother. I promise you’re not going to be happy.

Never got a response from Jesse Cortez or the other legal person who “apparently” left. Convenient. Because then you’ve been taking 100 every two weeks from my bank account with no response!!! I called three times before I got the response from Jesse Cortez. You can see he strong armed me by raising the price. I ended up calling the creditor. Never heard of you. And they settled my case for under 300, which is finished. You all are swindlers, liars, frauds. Proof is in the documented emails, bank statements, and now confirmed with creditors. I will be reporting you to every agency. Frauds. Now seeking attorney for my 600 you fraudulently took for NOT providing any services. All documented. And Mr Cortez hasn’t responded because they’ve been busted and want nothing more in writing. You’re about to be sued and shut down! That’s something you can count on! Liars and frauds!!!

If there was an option to give negative stars I would. They were so nice and easy to reach UNTIL THEY TOOK MY PAYMENT. I ended up settling with the creditor on my own. Price ended up being a lot higher than the original. Creditor told me they told the “firm” about this and heard nothing back from them. Told the “firm” this and they said “sorry for the miscommunication”. Really? This firm is absolutely trash. Definitely not one of my better decisions

If I could give ZERO stars I would. James Doran is a narcissist that would take whatever he could off of a corpse. -100/10 do not recommend!
