Working with Moses from the law firm was very good I would recommend him n the amourgis law firm to anyone

I came very close to giving this office a 1 star, but then came Moses. He was very attentive, always communicated timely, emailed quickly, and always gave the proper expectations. The previous person, which I will not name, rarely communicated with me. I highly recommend them; however, be sure you are happy with the person you have as it will only hurt you in the long run. They are a good office and the attorneys have been wonderful.

I am in the process of filing bankruptcy. I had no idea the amount of documents that were needed. The lady assigned to my case has been amazing. Apple Jane has been so patient with me as I have no experience with uploading, scanning and faxing documents. She calls often and emails regularly to remind we of what I need. She answers every call and responds to every email I send. My fear when I started this process was that I would be judged and be treated impersonally. Jane was been so kind and understanding and exceeding patient and helpful. She has made this process much better than I could have hoped.

I would never recommend this legal firm to anyone. The contact is abysmal, them keeping you aware of what is going on is non-existent, and nothing is fully explained. We kept the loan on our car because we needed the vehicle, I just found out 2 months after the discharge and 7 months after the initial filing that the loan we kept on own vehicle is not reported as a loan anymore when I called the loan provider. The legal team should have made us aware of this previously.

Paid for a case, terrible lack of follow up. Have called 3 times in the last week and they haven’t done anything. How hard is it to file something when everything is done already? I wish I could get my money back and not have fallen for the and written personal note they sent me. I have no recourse now I have been diligent in my responding to request for more information, uploaded everything I had and literally have been waiting for a week for them to approve one document that I sent back within 10 minutes of being notified that it was not approved. Went out of my way to call to make sure my payment processed but seems like that didn’t show how much I wanted what I was told to be a quick case to file, done. This is all anxiety inducing and just want it done. Nobody will give me an update and everyone I call for one they are all conveniently too busy so they always say they will take a message for me and someone will get back to me when nobody has. I have spoken to the paralegal assigned to me once and that was for 3 minutes. I just don’t appreciate being ran around when the process seemed to be going well until for some reason communication and responding ceased to me. I should have looked up the reviews before i signed on. Seems to be a theme of lack of follow up.

I’m using my husbands account to post this as we share his, my name is Rachel and I just worked with Brooke Elliott to resolve my financial matters and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She was informative, attentive and efficient on top of being easy to talk to about sensitive information. As money is tight for me I’ve worked with her team for months now (Elizabeth aka Izzie the paralegal mostly) making payments to fulfill my retainer and get them all the information they needed to assist me and the whole team was wonderful. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and made me feel comfortable and were knowledgeable about what my options were and kind and professional when discussing them with me. 10/10 would recommend them if you’re looking for a quality firm to help you.

I like the company because you guys have worked so well with me and you have been so patiently with each and everyone that I have worked with for my case and Miss Nelsie Yatco is so patient and understanding it's me trying to send all the paperwork that I need to send and some weird reason I just can't seem to get all of it there at one time I love working with her and I thank each and every last one of you guys
