Love the Linda Malek Law Firm!!! I thought I was going to lose my mind until I found the "Queen of OVI" and let me tell you, it felt like Royalty!! Joe, Chelsea, Karen, and Linda are very good at what they do. I felt like they were family after a 5 minuet conversation with Linda over the phone. Joe handled my case and I felt great about how he prepared and the result was exactly what we wanted! Sometimes things happen for a reason and the best of my situation is that I now have 4 more people in my life that I can count on!

What a great lawyer. When we first went to Linda, she was very open and honest, sat and talked with us and right from the beginning my husband and I were very comfortable with her. She didn’t know us from Adam, but talked with us like we were family. Assured us she would do anything in her power to get the charges lowered as much as possible. We hired her and was true to her word. She and her staff were available at any hour to talk and always returned our calls as soon as she was able. Her and her staff got the charges down to the minimum possible and we couldn’t be happier. We do and will continue to recommend the Malek Law Firm.

So my encounters with Linda first started late September early October of 2019, I had ran into some trouble regarding large large amounts of thc and firearms and sadly the case ended up going federal. From the very beginning she was not only reassuring, but very very professional and she carries a personality and demeanor like no other when it comes to her job, I could call her at almost any hour of the day, I could text her at any hour of the day, and I have always gotten timely responses(Within minutes to if it was 1-2am sometimes it would be instant sometimes it would be in the morning when she woke up). Over the years she has treated me more like family, then a client, and from what I see with her other clients as well, she’s a pirhanna, she won’t stop until she gets what she wants, when it comes to her clients she is relentless and her perseverance is unmatched, I’ve had several top tier lawyers all ranging from 5k-40k(For state cases) and the work that she does, is literally unmatched. And if you’re caught red handed like I was, she has the connections, she has the voice, and she does the work, to get you the lowest possible sentence. I went from federal trafficking in thc, along with a possible 924c(poss of firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking) which carries a minimum mandatory 5 year on top of my other charge, to a plea that gave me multiple point reductions that doesn’t carry a mandatory minimum, and that doesn’t discredit me from probation/home confinement, therefore bringing my sentencing guidelines much much lower. I’ve witnessed Linda spend hours on hours on the phone with the FDA agents, with the prosecutor, with whoever was possibly relevant, to get me the best possible deal.

There is honestly no better than Attorney Linda Malek. Not only is she exceptional, but every single person in her firm is warm, courteous and competent. Recently, my husband and I found ourselves in a difficult and extremely stressful situation with a contractor who had taken our money and not fulfilled his obligations to us. I am a teacher and my husband is a nurse, we both work long weeks and the stress of this situation was overwhelming. We reached out to Ms. Malek and from the moment we spoke, I knew we were in good hands. She was incredibly knowledgeable and her confidence immediately put us at ease. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! Linda and James helped me with a case that I was getting absolutely no where with. A cruise I had booked but THEY canceled due to covid was refusing to refund my money, my banks were refusing to listen or help and it was really frustrating and defeating. Linda and her team got the job done and I got my full refund back and I'm so grateful to them!! Incredibly helpful, professional, kind, personable, genuine, and a total powerhouse! You cannot go wrong with her, you need help, she'll get it done.

I was referred to Linda Malek by a close attorney-friend of mine. She and her team were the answer to our prayers! A loyal employee of mine was involved in a horrible car accident that led to him being charged with Vehicular Homicide-Vehicular Manslaughter-AGG (Misdemeanor of the 1st degree). He was facing several years of jail time, up to 2 years license suspension and, he is here on a work Visa so there was also the threat of deportation depending on the outcome of the trial. Plus, hundreds of thousands in fines. Based on the traffic report, statements from the victim's family, and talking with the Trooper on scene, Linda and her team had the accident reconstructed. This showed the events of that day were based on the actions of the victim, not my employee. It was a relief but we still expected to go to trial. Linda met with the DA multiple times to explain the details of the case. After a few short weeks Linda was able bring the charges down to Vehicular Manslaughter (Misdemeanor of the 2nd degree). Including the minimum amount of license suspension (which was backdated!), zero jail time and the minimum fine amount of $100! She even got the court costs of $650 WAIVED!! Not to mention the $25k+ we saved by not going to trial. Thanks to Linda’s professionalism and knowledge of the law she made a positive impact on so many lives. And the communication skills of her entire team are bar-none. I cannot thank you guys enough!

Linda Malek was very easy to work with along with James Foltz. James was very professional and helpful with my OVI case and couldn't be happier with the results.

Attorney Malek was hands down the BEST choice for my case. Ms. Malek was so attentive and worked so hard on my case, ultimately getting it dismissed. DON’T WASTE your money!!! This was the most unprofessional business that I’ve ever had to deal with! Linda and staff were RUDE!! I would not recommend this company to anyone!! At no point did I feel confident in my lawyer or my case! What a waste of my hard earned money! In my opinion you can find a much better lawyer for much cheaper!
