Linda Malek and her team of experts helped me out of a dire situation with having less than nothing to work with. The bottom line is that three out of four moving traffic violations were dropped and a high OVI charge was moved to the lowest level. This far exceeded my expectations. If you find yourself in need of a criminal defense attorney who is results driven and will fight very hard for you to receive the best possible outcome, look no further than Linda Malek.

She was very rude on the phone not compassionate or personable

Linda and her staff did an excellent job with my DUI. She got my driving privileges back within 2 weeks which was about a month earlier then I was suppose to receive privileges. She then got my DUI charge dropped down to a small traffic violation along with the dismissal of the year long ALS driving suspension. She was very easy to work with.. seemed as if she was helping out family. Her assistant was very helpful and reminded me of court dates and updates on the progress of the case. They were both very knowledgeable and there wasn't one moment where I felt uncomfortable about her taking my DUI case or being able to achieve the smaller offense and suspension termination. Linda and her staff worked very hard which was shown when the results of my DUI case were better then I thought was possible. I would hire her again for any other legal issues and will recommend to any family or friends that come across any legal trouble.

I am so thankful that I hired Linda Malek to defend me for my OVI charges. She worked tirelessly for almost a year and did not rest until my OVI was dismissed. It's never a good thing to drink and drive but when I made that mistake and needed Ms. Malek for my OVI case, I'm glad I choose to hire her! She's very timely at getting back to me when I have questions or needed help with the legal process, which was very reassuring and comforting. She also has no problem standing up for you even in front of a ridiculously tough court system. She has a "fiery", "take charge" type of personality which is what you want on your side when your up against a court system that's trying to push you around... I highly recommend Linda Malek for the great job she did fighting my son’s alleged OVI charge. She didn't let up. She challenged and they ended up dropping the charges. We are so appreciative of her. From the moment we first called until my son’s case was over she made us feel valued, respected and well represented.

Linda made it clear from the beginning that the only outcome she wanted was to get the charge dismissed. She was able to have the original, not so favorable judge recuse themselves from the case and followed through. The charge was dismissed before ever making it to pre-trial. Money beyond well spent!

It was incredibly irresponsible and dumb for me to get a DUI. Very dumb!! However, it was incredibly fortunate that I selected Linda Malek to represent me. She is terrific both as an attorney and as a compassionate person! I can say without question that she has every positive attribute credited to her in the previous reviews… plus some. Linda “walked” me through the process at a time when my anxiety was at fever pitch; my fears of the unknown were working on my mind continuously and I was very nervous. While working with her she displayed confidence that she would do the absolute best for me which and she did. To say the least: I was MORE than satisfied. Linda is an extremely competent attorney, as well as a fine person that is also compassionate and understanding.
