Linda is truly an incredible lawyer. I was referred to her by another lawyer, who wasn't able to take my case, which turned out to be the best thing that could have happened for me. I was originally facing federal charges and Linda was able to get reduced down to a level where I received NO JAIL TIME! She is dedicated, intelligent, thorough, concise, and hard working. She leaves absolutely no stone unturned and will work tirelessly to win. She's an amazing person overall and I'd refer her to anyone I care about. If you want the best possible results that you can get she should absolutely be your first choice! She is the by far the best lawyer that money can buy. Thank you Linda!!!!!!

Linda was fantastic to work with. She is knowledgeable about specific laws and violations. She personally helped turn my OVI/Refusal into a physical control with minimum fines and court costs. Additionally, I do not have party plates or the interlock device. When she says that she is willing to help normal people like me she means it. Linda's team wrote a tailored suppression motion that resulted in the prosecution offering me a plea. She takes great pride in personalizing each and every case to obtain the best results. When I first walked into Linda's office, I was not only facing jail time, but was at risk of losing primary custody of my children for said "offense". The issue, although something viewed as being very minor outside of court, was being made into something very serious in court. The lawyers I had before not only helped get me into the situation by not properly representing me, but they also did not guide me or give me the correct advice that would have avoided this situation altogether. From the very beginning of hiring Linda, she was extremely direct and told me exactly what needed to be done. She broke down all of the mistakes made in the previous situation and how we were going to move forward to get this rectified. She stepped into the courtroom and truly saved me from this situation. I walked in thinking I could go to jail and lose everything to leaving the courtroom to go back to my normal, everyday life like nothing happened. She is extremely well-respected inside and outside of the courtroom for the fact that she is well-versed in law and very straight forward and honest. She is available at all times when you need advice or run into an issue and will help you just because. It is definitely not just about the money with her, like I have found with previous lawyers. I wasted tens of thousands on legal fees and got no where before finding her. She actually cares and wants the best for people, whether you want to hear her advice or not, she knows what she is talking about and will help get you to where you want and need to be. I hope to never be in this situation ever again, but if I or any friend/family member ever is, we won't be calling anyone but Linda as long as she is around. She is the REAL deal and I am so grateful for all of her help!

My wife had hired another attorney for her second DUI w/refusal after getting pulled over for a speeding ticket. After a couple months it was clear that said attorney wasn't going to fight hard for her. After some discussion and sleepless nights we decided to fire her first attorney and seek new counsel. We did a lot of research and Linda Malek seemed to be the answer and this was an understatement. Not only was Linda reassuring and upbeat about what her thoughts were, she flat out said you aren't taking a deal, we will take this to trial if need be. Well there was never a need for that because at the suppression hearing Linda nailed it. I personally sat in the courtroom while the prosecution gave its case and then watched her rip it to shreds with facts not opinions. My wife's case was dismissed because Linda not only cited case law, but she backed up every argument with facts. I'll have to admit I was doubtful of the outcome, but I underestimated her sincere care of her cases and most of all her clients. Linda and her secretary Karen, always answered our phone calls along with our concerning questions. I would recommend Linda Malek and her great staff to anyone I know. Just when your attorney is ready to throw in the towel, think twice and seek other options. Had we not done that, the outcome would have been very different. We will forever be grateful and now have some faith in the justice system when it seems impossible.

Excellent attorney. I got arrested for Oui and a open bottle of alcohol in my car. She got it down too disorderly conduct. I would recommend her to everyone. She is top notch. Her Secretary is great too.

Linda and her team are probably the most honest people I have met. She even contacted me and my family when I went with a different attorney. I feel that it is up to yourself to make the right decisions, but it was nice that she reached out. I hope to never see her again, but highly recommend. I had just received my 2nd OVI in two years, i had refused the breathalyzer, my car was impounded, I felt like my life was falling apart. I couldn't sleep and was up early and started looking for an attorney, thats when I found Linda. I saw others online too but for some reason i couldn't get her name out of my head. I went for a walk trying to calm down, and I thought this would be a good time to call, it was early I could leave a message for her and maybe she would get back to me soon. When I called SHE ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! I couldn't believe it. After I explained everything to her, she was eager to help, and I could tell she was sincere about it. Her confidence and demeanor soothed my anxiety and i started to feel like I had some hope. From that point on she was right on top of every situation, and she made herself available anytime I needed some answers, and believe me at times I was high maintenance. Linda is the epitome of professionalism, and has the ability to establish a rapport with whom ever she is addressing which is a tremendous gift when you operating within the legal system.
