Elliott did our estate planning for us. The whole process seemed overwhelming at first but he has everything so organized that it made a big job easier. We highly recommend him!

Getting our future planning done has always hung over my head, with a farm, a special needs daughter, and other "different" scenarios to consider, I didn't even know where to go to find someone that could answer and direct our next steps. Elliott was amazing to work with! From being knowledgeable, professional, and easy to share our unique situation with, Elliott literally made the process easy to walk through, easy to understand, easy to know what to do next, and easy to map out best options for our family. I was shocked how streamlined the process was and he literally did all the "heavy lifting" for us. It was a great experience!

Elliott has a streamline process and thoroughly goes over everything so you fully understand what it is your trying to accomplish. He has reminders and emails that constantly inform you what and how to complete the tasks that need to get done. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Elliott!

Elliott spent extra time with us during our consultation to make sure we get the plan that serves our needs. We had a very complicated request for our child protection plan and our trust (we needed it to be set up a certain way) that involved including language and instructions that can legally work in the US regardless of a country our temporary or permanent guardians may live in. Now, four months later, the situation with our guardians changed so dramatically (one of them is now deceased and a war broke out in the country where our immediate relatives live) that if we didn't work with Elliott we'd start looking for another lawyer and a different plan. He made sure we were covered no matter what happens to us or our nominated guardians. If you have complicated family and financial situation I highly recommend speaking to Elliott about your legacy planning. Also, just to call it out, the best experience we've had in the entire engagement was our signing meeting. Elliott's team was so organized and meticulous that they memorized pages of where everything was in our legacy binder. Our witness was done with his duties in less than 15 minutes.

Elliott and his team were easy to work with, timely and extremely thorough. We appreciated the updates along the way of "what to expect" at the next meetings. We have the peace of mind that our children will not be overly burdened in the future.

My Husband and I had talked about getting this put together for a while. We were so unsure as to what all had to be done who had to do what and how. So it became one of those things that just kept getting pushed off until later. After taking a CE course, Elliott came on and gave a run down of the importance of a Trust and why it is never to early to put one in place. My Husband and I talked it over and gave him a call to set up a zoom meeting. I was still unsure of what to expect. Not only did Elliott put all of my fears to rest. He made it seem as though he was really right in the room, we never felt rushed or silly for asking a question. Then he told us that he was going to have Kylie give us a call to go over some things that we had to do for homework. She could not have been more helpful. Neither myself or my husband are overqualified on the Computer lol,,, and she just worked with us until we were all on the same page. Each step of the way we never felt that we were alone or that we did not understand what was going on and what the next step would be. I would and have recommended Elliott Feldman Law Group to anyone who wants to be sure to have all of your bases covered in a Trust. He also will give us a 3yr follow up to make sure nothing important has been changed or missed. Just because we signed the Trust and it is in place does not mean we will never hear from him again. You can tell he cares and loves what he does, his story will help you to understand why he is so passionate about what he does.
