My wife and I are very happy with experience of working with Elliott and his team to establish our living trust. He walked though all aspects of the process in detail that was easy to understand to make sure our assets and family would be taken care of. Taking meetings remotely and signing documents without leaving home was a seamless experience and I would encourage others to work with Elliott for their estate planning needs.

My husband and I just finished our Living Trust wth the Elliott Feldman Law Group. I felt very comfortable asking questions and asking for help. Both, Elliott and Kylie, were truly patient and kind. And, they responded to my emails or texts within a few minutes. At times I needed A LOT of help with doing the work for the trust, and Kylie very patiently walked me through or figured out ways to make it easier for me to do the work or understand what to do. Its already a touchy subject talking about your own demise ew. But Elliott and his team made me feel comfortable no pressure and explained everything time after time. Didnt matter if it was a phone call, texts or zoom there are only a call away to answer any questions.

After listening to Elliott's podcast, watching his videos on YouTube, and attending his Zoom class, we decided that now is the time to complete our Estate Plan. Elliott and his team were extremely helpful and walked us through the process to create the plan right for us. Not only is Elliott's team very professional and knowledgeable in their field, they also make it extremely easy to create an estate plan, which most people hesitate to do. They stayed in touch with us along the way, reminded us when things needed to be completed, and answered all our questions immediately (it's hard to find an attorney that does that). Everything is done remotely via Zoom, and you don't need to leave your house to complete your plan. Elliott is the most organized and tech-savvy attorney I have ever worked with. His Client Services Director, Kylie Casper, took things to the next level with her immaculate communication skills, organizing of documents and making sure every single line item was completed. She also provided a perfectly organized binder with every necessary document, labeled and easy to find, as well as a USB drive with scanned copies. Wow! Other law firms create just a standard plan, do not follow up, and do not make sure assets are transferred into a trust if one was created (which is the most important part!).  Elliott  makes sure this is done and when your life changes - your plan gets updated. I highly recommend Elliott Feldman Law Group to anyone who needs to set up an estate plan or review an existing plan. Elliott and Kylie are extremely professional. No one has the ability to be an expert in everything life requires. It’s great to have someone like Elliott to explain all the aspects of of planning on a level that can be understood by those of US who are not experts. It felt very transparent. Could not recommend Elliott and his team more! We were dreading updating our mess of a Trust and he and his team walked us through the process step by step. They have created a foolproof process to walk clients through the process to clearly outline our wishes to protect our kids and family after we pass. They even helped us place all our accounts into the Trust, which we never did with our original trust because we had no idea what we were doing. Elliott and his team gave us all the tools we needed to completely put our finances into the Trust. Highly recommend!
