Working with Elliott Feldman Law Group was a complete pleasure. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would recommend his law group/services to take care of those final arrangements and wishes that nobody wants to deal with but has to. We've watched before as family members and friends have had to go through probate and governmental agencies and deal with a complete pile of paperwork, bureaucracy and loss of money to the legal system and the government. As a retired attorney who handled estate planning for years, I can vouch for the quality and professionalism of their work, and even with my background, I preferred to leave the complicated details of trust and estate preparation to someone I knew I could trust to be sure to handle it correctly! What makes Elliott different than most estate attorneys is how much he cares for his clients, and how attentive he is to all the details, including the follow-up necessary to fund one's trusts and change beneficiaries! Many attorneys prepare the documents and never bother to make sure you've done the necessary follow up! For peace of mind, there's no one better in the industry than Elliott and his group! The process was similar than what I anticipated. The staff broke it down into chunks which were manageable and a timeline that fit my hectic life. This has allowed me to have peace of mind knowing my children will be taken care in event my life get taken unexpectedly. No one knows when it’s your time to go. Certainly the case, 8 years ago when my husband was take from us unexpectedly. It was so difficult to get my life back together.
