His assistant Stephanie Gwenapp is also available to answer any questions you may have. It’s all done by Zoom on the computer; so no need to travel. Very kind and professional people who make estate planning easy. Highly recommend!

As a Realtor, I was able to take an Estate Planning class to keep up with my CEUs. Elliott Feldman, of Elliott Feldman Law Group, led the class. Little did I know it would impact me so much. The class was so insightful and it hit home to probably every person in the class. While we think we're covered having a Will drawn up, we actually know very little of what actually happens. Immediately after the class, I called Elliott to discuss further and learn more. Elliott and his team have maximized the impact it will have on your loved ones by organizing your plan in such a way that loved ones will have everything at their fingertips to be able to move promptly through the process. Even though I live a few hours away, all of our meetings were done via Zoom. He is so thorough as he walks you through the process and gives you ample time to get the things you need in order. I can't even begin to tell you how thorough and thoughtful each step has been. I want to also give a shout-out to Stephanie who was instrumental throughout....always available to answer questions, help you with the documents you need, etc. Once the document is finalized, they're not done. They don't just leave you and wish you well. They will continue to have periodic contact to see if there are changes. And, if that's not enough, they can be contacted upon death by the family named in the Estate Plan to help guide them. I, honestly, believe this class should be mandatory for any adult at any age, because in the end, we all need it and we never know when that is. Are you planning for your family upon death?
