They provided a comprehensive overview of the process up front, conducted Zoom interviews and guides us through the process. Very professional and thorough. Elliott took the time to walk through the procedures and explained the benefits for our future plans. His personal assistant, Stephanie Gwennap, was very accommodating to our ever changing schedules and explained everything through the signing process. FINAL EDIT: While we decided to not engage the services of Elliott Feldman, all conversations after the first were respectful and helpful. This review has been temporarily edited from 3 to 5 stars at his request, after a second discussion with Feldman in which he apologized for the initial behavior with which I was treated. I will be discussing the option to work with the law group with my spouse. We have no experience with the estate planning services to date. The review now stands because of contact Feldman made with the writer of a review. Original text:While this firm likely handles many estates, the manner in which I was treated made me feel like a simple sales number rather than a person. I would rather not have a hard sales call to immediately sign up for a planning session if grace can't be taken to treat me like more than a simple paycheck.

My husband and I contacted Elliott Feldman law group to set up a trust for us. The whole process from start to finish was very simple. Having done most everything online and later in the afternoon made it convenient with our work schedules. It feels like a weight has been lifted knowing that our children know our wishes for end of life and that our assets will go to them instead of through probate. Elliott Feldman Law Group are experts in developing Trusts and Wills, as this is the only services that they provide!! They do this for us as they have had to deal with family member loss and all of the problems that happen if there is no will and PROBATE, that dirty word! With Elliott and Stephanie everything was planned out with several virtual meetings over a 2 month period. They sent me all the documents to review at least 1 week prior to each meeting so that I had time to review them and ask any questions that I had prior to the planned meetings. Stephanie and Elliot respond to emails almost immediately. I was updated and informed about everything that would happen at each meeting all the way to the finalization meeting. After that meeting, they still follow up with you if anything changes in your Trust/Will or any Law changes even years later. Also they plan the Trusts for your beneficiaries. They make it easier for surviving loved ones to know where everything is from the member that passed away, all in 1 binder and USB drive, bringing peace of mind and less stress to them. I can't recommend Elliott and Stephanie enough!!
