Ben and his firm were phenomenal. He got me a much better result in my case than I expected, much faster than I expected. He was extremely professional and well-spoken, and I was (and am) extremely thankful for how he made the proceedings of my case completely painless for me. started off speaking with Ben, he was very responsive right away. He listened to my story, I had tons of knots & he really did put me as ease and very reassuring that I was in the right hands and gave me all his lawyer advice and I hired them immediately. Great with payment plans too !! He was so much help. I later met Don Olsen, he did magic behind those doors of court. He met my family with smiles and gave us good news. I was so thrilled about it I wasn't even listening I was thinking how grateful I was!! my husband talked to him mostly but he definitely played a spell beyond those doors. Idk if this review sounds cheesy but it's the honest truth. I hope to never meet them again on those terms 😬😁😁. But that they were all amazing !! After being wrongly charged with a third-degree felony, I started searching for attorneys and found that most charged a lot of money. On the day of my arraignment, I found and hired Luftman, Heck & Associates LLP. They were able to meet me in court that day, on extremely short notice, and my attorney fees were significantly less than what was quoted by the other firms. Mr. Bowen worked with me (I'm socially anxious/awkward) and handled my case with care and ease. In court and out of court he believed in me, was professional and effective every step of the way. My case went to trial and he did an amazing job of proving my innocence and helping me understand everything along the way. I would highly recommend Mr. Bowen and this firm. Ben Luftman has been there for me and my family throughout some trying times. He’s very honest and upfront about what he can do and realistic about expectations. I paid a generous fee for his services to help with my son’s case years ago and he really went to bat for us. Years later, when facing an unfair “violation”, he jumped on the case giving me a highly discounted rate to represent my son. His rapport with the local jurisdictions really helped and he absolutely did his job with complete professionalism. He allowed me to give all the facts and was able to corroborate them and present them to the courts. Being caught up in the justice system is no joke and I feel truly thankful I had him on our side.
