My husband and I have been dealing with this law firm for awhile now. Instead of filing for bankruptcy they were able to reduce our bills and work with our creditors. They have always answered any questions and helped with our finances in a timely manner. If you are having trouble paying your bills check with this law firm first to see if they can help you with your creditors without filing bankruptcy. I wanted to take a few minutes to say how happy and grateful I am having you and your team on my side. It was very overwhelming to me when I first started looking around for solutions to my debt problem. My son heard about NDR on the radio, so we checked them out online and decided to go with them. NDR sent me to Gitmeid and that was basically who I always dealt with. I was very excited when they told me that they had settled 4 of my accounts after 6 months. I thought we were off to a great start, but then it slowly came to a major slow down. I sent them my paperwork from the summons I received from one of my creditors. Gitmeid called with a settlement that I just couldn't afford in November 2018 and that was the last I had heard from them. My son told me about LH&A and I thought I would give it a chance, after all what could it hurt? I can't believe the service I got from the very beginning. The paralegal assigned to me put me at ease from our very first conversation. I also spoke with 2 other attorneys who I felt listened to me and came up with various plans as to handling my account. I was arrested on suspicion of OVI in early April 2018. A little more than six months later, I have no OVI, no points on my license, and my mandatory 12 months license suspension (after my attorney Joseph Kunkel was able to negotiate it down to six months) is already over. I was also not required to attend a driver intervention program (DIP). In consideration of the fact that I had two priors from 2007 and 2008, to have my charges reduced so dramatically is nothing short of a miracle.
