The prompt attention, genuine caring, and professionalism of this law firm was of the highest standards. Attorney Bryan Bowen represented me all the way through a jury trial. Can you say "NOT GUILTY"? I can!!! Mr. Bowen was attentive to my needs, wishes, questions, requests and concerns. The fact that Mr. Bowen is a former prosecutor, I feel is a great advantage because he knows all the ins and outs of the court system. I told him from the beginning that I was innocent and would NOT accept a plea deal, that a lot of attorneys, in my opinion, try to get you to do. He was very patient with putting up with all my questions and concerns...and believe me when I say....there were allot of them because I had never been through anything like this before. I have been driving for about 40 years and had never received a speeding ticket until now. I found Luftman, Heck, and Associates online after I received my OVI in the spring of 2017. I was impressed by their track record so I decided to give the firm a call. I spoke with Ben Luftman on the phone the day after it happened. I told him all the details of my case, with the most important one being that I blew .169 on the breathalyzer. It was my first offense, and this firm believes in second chances. Ben told me that he could help me, and he believed that he could keep the OVI off of my record. The firm fought for me for nearly 14 months, and they were transparent throughout the whole case. Ultimately they were able to keep the OVI off of my record by getting it reduced to physical control, a charge that carries no points and isn’t upgradeable. I am so thankful that I had them on my side. I believe that you get what you pay for, and this firm was well worth every penny.

To say my experience was quick and easy is an understatement . No underlying or hidden information. All of my questions were answered directly without any confusion.
