Better call Babb! He truly shows an undeniable love for the people he represents, law, justice, and will fight for you tooth and nail. An extremely ethical attorney I would recommend to anyone. But the price factor is also unheard of. Do not toss your hands up all together due to funds etc or accept a court appointed attorney, Babb is your man.

If your livelihood is dependent on maintaining your CDL’s, this is the lawyer for you! Miracle worker is a bit of an understatement.
Charlie walked me through the entire process and was honest and upfront with me the whole way... didn’t give me a false sense of security either, knowing full well it was going to be an uphill battle. He was able to get driving privileges quickly and the outcome that was far beyond what I expected!!!
