He was too short with me on the phone. It says 24 hours in which they are open yet I seemed to have woken him up and he was rude at 7am.

I've been a fan of his Facebook page since December 2010. I'm a political person and didn't necessarily agree with OVI laws so I just happened to type DUI in Facebook and stumbled upon the best DUI attorney in Ohio and he was relatively close to me so I got lucky. After a few years of just posting smart-ass comments on his page, I ended up getting into some trouble and required his services. Charles is a great guy, he's very smart and treated my case with the attention it deserved. When I walked into court I felt like I had a celebrity with me, and once the court knew I had Charles Rowland representing me, the prosecutor was ready to bargain. I was charged with a OVI but wasn't convicted. I would recommend him to anyone, his Facebook page is one of my favorites. I am proud to know him and consider him a friend. Awesome first impression!

I have over 20 d.u.s. and I'm not joking over 20. Never had a DL. I've had John paul, mayhall, and many other High rated lawyers. He focuses on driving cause he the best. They have all tried to get me a license. I hired Mr Babb and he did it so easy for first time I payed more than my bill. He goes above and beyond and knows driving law in and out by memory. No matter issue. If it's driving can't get no better than mr. Babb.

I came across Mr. Rowland after looking on the internet for the best lawyer for my circumstance and his name kept coming up. I am so glad that I made the call and put my future in his hands. My case had its ups and down, but in the end Mr. Roland was able to negotiate an outcome, I didn't even expect. He is a wonderful lawyer and really knows his stuff. I would recommend to anyone in this situation.

I have used Mr. Rowland on 2 separate occasions. Him and his staff did what I feel was an outstanding job both times. I would definitely recommend, and use him again if I ever needed him.

I hired Charles In January for an unfortunate incident. This was my second offense. He fought hard and kept me put of hail for what would have been mandatory jail time.

Mr. Rowland is an excellent DUI lawyer. Mr. Rowland was our Son's lawyer recently and from the first meeting with him we felt confident in his ability to be able to help our son. Mr. Rowland was straight forward, honest and kept us informed. Mr. Rowland stressed to us to trust him completely which we did. We could not have asked for a better outcome for our Son. Mr. Rowland came through in a fantastic way. Thanks Mr. Rowland and Staff for all your help. We will definitely refer Mr. Rowland to anyone he is the best.

He is extremely professional, personable and compassionate. When you call the hotline for first contact, it goes directly to his phone. You don't have to leave a message or speak with a secretary and wait for a call back. The day after my incident I was very scared and worried but he put me at ease about everything. His office staff were incredibly helpful and reliable. I only had to go in to court once for the final hearing so I did not have to miss work. He is an expert. I would absolutely hire him again.
