I first called Mr. Rowland about my case on a Saturday afternoon, He picked right up, asked me the appropriate questions and I set up a time to meet with him. Upon meeting with him I felt from the start he was going to do his best work for me and not give me any bs just straight to the point. He was able to get the outcome I wanted and a bit more. He always reinsured me that “I work for you” making sure I was getting all my questions answered. Plus he has the most wonderful paralegal who is always on point. I had a great experience with Mr. Rowland, would recommend to anyone dealing with a OVI case.

I needed a lawyer in a very short period of time. Not only could he help me quickly, he handled everything and everything came out exactly as he thought it would. He’s real with you. If there’s no chance of what you’re wanting out of him to happen, he’s going to tell you. Some people don’t like that, but I appreciate the truth. Much easier than getting your hopes up and being let down. Great personality too. Would definitely use Charlie again.

Charles Rowland is the best lawyer in the area and possibly in the country for a DUI. I was on my second DUI and he did get it reduced to a much better sentence. Mine happened during a motorcycle accident with injuries in Champaign Co. This is one of the toughest counties to deal with in the state of Ohio. Great! He is very patient, very nice, and quick to reply. I think this guy works day and night. I've never had to wait longer than 24 hrs for a response. For those that have had response issues, call him - there is a chance your email went to spam. The quicker you get your stuff together, the quicker and more efficiently he can do his job. I have nothing but nice things to say.

"Did you ever hear the phrase, 'You get what you pay for'?" was what Charles asked me when he called to tell me he got all charges dropped and reduced to reckless operation. So, in my case that phrase is entirely true. He was worth every penny. I made a huge error in judgement and the outcome could have been much worse and would have had a severely negative effect on my life and career. Moreover, he handled everything for me 'in absentia' as I am an out-of-state resident and travel frequently.
