I HIGHLY recommend Seth for any child custody matter!! I was in urgent need of an attorney and I ended up with the best. Seth was able to get me a very good deal with the courts regarding my DUI. I went from a possible prison sentence to 60 days with work release almost unheard of in licking county. Seth and I had a problem with communication initially but after a honest discussion we were able to start over with a great result.

DIVORCE showed up one morning with the sheriff on my doorbell cam with a big envelope full of who,what,wheres and how, here to and there for in legal mumbo jumbo language . Lucky for me, I found Seth R. I had Seth Smith as my criminal attorney and he always answered questions truthfully, answered every call and if he was in court or busy he responded quickly and was very very helpful!
