She is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I refer her to my friends and family when they need help. She is always available for me to ask questions with or without an appointment.

Karen is absolutely amazing. She made me feel like so much more than just a customer she could make money off of. She not only won my case, but I got everything and more than I asked for. Anytime I need her or have a question regarding something in that regard, she is always willing to help with the best advice on what to do, and what not to do. I refer everyone to her, my experience with her was beyond what I expected!!

Would give a zero just for the receptionist alone. In the middle of describing my situation hung up on me. Called back hung up on me again. Called back requested a supervisor hung up on me. Then when I called again to speak with the supervisor threatened to report me.

tell the judge she doesn't know what her clientwants to do. because the client missed court date because live out of state and car problem. does not look out for clients good!!!! never get appoint and lordy don't pay a dime.
