Completely unprofessional and worst attorney I have seen. If you want to sit in jail until after his birthday and vacation before him simply filing change of plea paperwork, he is the man for the job. No communication is what you get. And the little interaction that he gives, disrespectful and rude. Same for his office staff. Then want to tell someone they can’t leave an honest review online of their practice? Yeah right. Other professionals from the courts agree that this attorney is worth you representing yourself.

If you want your attorney to incorrectly file paperwork, use plaintiff and defendant interchangeably and then refuse to give back a retainer stating he did the work when clearly nothing was accomplished. Seth is your guy! If you want an attorney who can fight and actually win Seth is clearly not your guy. I was served paperwork by this joke of a lawyer and after reading every single inaccuracies that were filed I laughed and said well I guess I can show my ex what a real lawyer looks like. The refusal to give back a $2500 retainer when he clearly can’t file paperwork correctly is laughable and a poor judgment of character.

This guy doesn't return your calls I've had him from February 17th have yet to talk with him. The lady that answer the call is rude as all get out. I WOULD NOT EVER USE THIS GUY AGAIN

I got a criminal charge and my family knew nothing about it. But then Seth’s office mailed me an advertising POSTCARD that said “I saw your case on the docket.” Would’ve been fine in an envelope but a POSTCARD!
