If I could give Seth more than 5 stars, I would. I possibly cannot even describe how grateful I am to have had him represent me in my custody case. He was always straightforward, but also a listening ear & helping hand and I believe that’s what every attorney should do. Some days were more difficult than others, & Seth showed me not only the utmost respect and guidance but compassion too. His understanding of where I was coming from but also talking me through the difficult situations in our custody case, was one of the things I’m most appreciative of. Not only has Seth talked us through our case, but he is still just as supportive now that I have a decent coparenting relationship with my child’s father. Although I pray that no one goes through a custody battle, I hope you choose Seth to represent you over and over again.

Seth Smith is a very honest and trustworthy . I paid money to represent my son . All charges was dropped on my son and he refunded the whole amount. Not often do you find a attorney that will do that . Definitely would recommend him to anyone. Good job Seth Smith 👏

Is not there for you she refuses to do anything. Then brushes your concerns under the rug and don’t challenge what she should or shouldn’t do because she knows all of it. All of how to be of no help to her client maybe. Will not file any evidence provided, won’t cross when needed. Does a poor job at covering up the fact that she doesn’t care. Makes you wonder who she works for. For all things holy hire an assistant or secretary something.
