A friend highly recommended the John Rinehardt firm. The accident left us unable to travel so John went out of his way to visit us at our home. It only took a few minutes and we felt comfortable talking with John. John showed real concern for all of our concerns. He addressed any of our issues we had and he made sure we knew what to expect. We knew this was the right firm to help us. It took years to complete the process. Over the years there were many issues and problems that would develop and the firm was always there to help. The whole firm was there to answer our questions, we never felt like we were alone. Every person in the firm gave us great patience and showed true concern for our personal health, we felt like we were dealing with friends. Every step they were there to help us and to make sure we knew what to expect. The assistance that the firm gave us made us to feel so much more at easy and more relax during the process. The results were great, all the bills and obligations were paid in full. We really do think this firm did a fantastic job. I can't really explain how grateful I am that multiple people in my life recommended Rinehardt Law Firm to me. My husband was in a bad car accident where the other driver did not have insurance so we had to deal with our own insurance throughout the entire process. We were clueless to the process of filing a claim and would have been greatly hurt by our insurance policy if it weren't for Rinehardt. They were kind, considerate, and friendly; and they knew how to do their jobs, that's for sure! In the end, we got a better outcome than we ever expected and along the way, Rinehardt was a great guide. They felt like family through the process and that's exactly what we needed. Following my car accident I was unsure if I really needed the help of an attorney. I was hit in the rear while stopped and thought for sure an attorney would not be needed to resolve my case. They will get you money for sure, but its a long process in the meantime and i couldn't imagine going through it without reinhardt law firm. Didn't help much with anything other than the medical claims, but i guess that's where the big money is right? They take a nice penny, but i guess the good one's do. Highly recommend!

I looked long and hard for an attorney that would help me with my case. Searching, I came across Rinehardt Law Firm and saw they had great reviews and worked on personal injury cases. Once speaking with Attorney Rinehardt and explaining my case to him he immediately listened to what I had to say, expressed he felt I had a case and started working on it. His team of attorneys worked for the next three and half years on my case. I never had to call, unless I had a question, they would keep me informed of any new developments or things I needed to do. While working with Attorney Rinehardt we were able to get further treatments and procedures performed to get a better grasp of my condition. Once we had an MRI we had conclusive evidence to what my injury was, where it was and what could have caused it. All I can say is I have never sued anyone or been sued so I had no idea what to expect. Attorney Rinehardt helped me by explaining things in a way I could understand and made a stressful situation a more confident one. I had to do a lot of things for this auto insurer, missing work for appointments they set up to providing sensitive information I personally did not feel was pertinent to the case, but this was all part of the process. Nothing about the three and half years I spent in a lawsuit with this auto insurer was easy. The auto insurer did everything to make my life miserable but the Rinehardt Law Firm made sure that I stayed focused, they kept me educated on what to expect before entering an arbitration hearing, meditations and what to expect if we ended up at trial. All things that someone like myself needs to help alleviate some of the anxiety of the unknown. This journey was long, it was rough and it honestly seemed like it would never end but persistence pays off and that is why I am so happy I went with Rinehardt Law Firm. Everyone on their team is so amazing and they were all so nice to me, so accommodating with scheduling appointments and getting procedures arranged to meeting me in Columbus. I could not find that here in the city of Columbus from the several reviews I looked through and I wanted someone like Attorney Rinehardt who I felt comfortable speaking with in person or on the phone. Now in the those three and half years Attorney Rinehardt has opened a wonderful location here in Columbus and I believe he will help a lot of people, he has a very kind heart BUT, is extremely tough when fighting for you and has a great deal of education and experience dealing with personal injury claims. Attorney Rinehardt's experience is just another reason why I went with his law firm he showed a level of confidence and skill set that personally I felt was above and beyond when meeting with the opposing lawyers. He did not fold or show any sign of weakness while interacting with the opposition and this is an important quality when you are fighting for another person. Personally if, and I hope it never happens, I ever have another personal injury and need an attorney to fight for me I will not hesitate to call the Rinehardt Law Firm to work my case.
