I was so pleased with the service I recieved from Attorney John Rinehart. I did not have any idea what I needed to do, but John and his staff made it so simple. They took care of all of it,and all I had to do is heal from my injury. I am so happy that I made the call to John (it was on the weekend, and he talked to me) He and his staff are a professional and caring company. I highly recommend anyone that needs his services to call him. You will be surprised at how they keep you informed with the process. You will know they are working hard for you, and are genuinely concerned for your welfare. Thank you John and all your staff.

I am leaving the highest rating possible for this firm, had there been an option for 10 stars they would've gotten it. I enlisted their services with help in an insurance company settlement claim. My daughter was in an accident involving a school bus and I needed to understand the legality of certain situations etc. This firm managed to work with me from the beginning to end of my dispute. They took phone calls, looked at documentation, had various specialists in their employ that were able to add in their opinions etc. This firm gave me, a civilian the confidence to speak with AND negotiate with an insurance company, get my views across in a way they would understand, and in the end settle for what I had envisioned. There is a common misconception that ALL lawyers or firms are out to rob people blind. In the case of Mr.Rinehardt and his employees, that could not be more far from the truth. He has amazing staff that answer the phones and give a superb face to their company. Then when you actually talk to him yourself, you're left with a deep sense of knowledge passed on from him as well as a feeling that he WILL in fact help you in any way possible. Basically, if you have the opportunity to work with this firm jump on the opportunity. No amount of money is too much to get the help you need in a time of stress and confusion. The Mansfield/Ontario/Lexington area is lucky to have this firm at their fingertips. Xx

Without Mr. Rinehardt and his team, I would have received nothing from an insurance company that promised to, “make me whole again,” the day after my auto accident. When it was time to settle, however, I could not get anyone from their company to help me. They postponed the settlement long enough that John filed my case with less than 48 hours before the statute of limitations to settle was up. He fought hard for me when I could not fight for myself. John genuinely cares about his clients, not just about the money he can make. I never expected my attorney to be as compassionate and have such a big heart as John. He is the difference the world needs more of. Experiencing an auto accident is scary. John is the only person to call when you need aggressive representation against unscrupulous insurance companies.

My husband and son were involved in an accident where they were rear-ended at high-speed. They were both injured and in the days following; I had my hands full with dispensing medications, administering ice packs and driving them to appointments. Calls from the other driver’s employer’s insurance company started almost immediately. Their representative stated that they could not legally be held responsible and that they would only agree to replace our car as a goodwill gesture if we signed a document releasing them from any future claims. I requested that the representative stop calling as it was adding to an already incredibly stressful time in our lives. I not only received more calls, but I also received the documents asking us to release them from future claims in the mail. Having had a history working on personal injury cases in the medical/billing field, I was sure that what this representative was saying was most likely true; however, we met with Attorney Rinehart as he came highly recommended from co-workers, family members, and friends who knew about the tragic situation our family was in. Without our knowledge, a family member also consulted a personal injury attorney acquaintance about our situation, and he advised that we could not bring action and should try to get on with life. Attorney Rinehardt did not have the same opinion and took our case without hesitation. His team immediately took the weight off my shoulders by stopping the harassing calls and getting the medical bills paid which allowed our family to focus on healing as much as possible. I found the team to be highly professional, empathetic and diligent in making sure that we were updated every step of the way. My inquiries were handled immediately and Attorney Reinhardt patiently helped us understand what was going on and why. We worked with Attorney Reinhardt and his team for three years on our complex case and would never think of navigating a situation like this again without them by our side.

See I had never been in an accident till December 2017 we had a different kind of case I’m 23 first accident and I was driving my dads car and got hurt. I was very scared of the process and which lawyer would handle my case with no fears. I researched all those that contacted me and those near me and I seen all the great post for Rinehardt’s firm and sat and met with them and was reassured that I chose the correct place they always kept me up to date and did what I thought would be right and always greeted with a smile. I can not say enough great things about Mr. Rinehardt and his staff. I was in car accident with my two year old and I was referred to them from family and I was not disappointed. They were very compassionate and helpful. They answered any question I had and were great about keeping me updated on my case as things happened. I would recommend them to anyone!

My wife was in a car wreck that injured her knee. The other driver was at fault, his insurance company was more than kind to take care of the bills until my wife needed surgery from her injury. Well that's where Mr. Rinehardt enters the scene, we just wanted my wife's bills covered. I was thinking this small town attorney, what can he really do? My wife wanted to stay close because she didn't to travel to a big city. I have to say, I had to eat my words. Mr. Rinehardt and his entire staff were OUTSTANDING, made us feel like family, even myself and I wasn't his client, they kept us well informed and told us to be patient. Not only did he get the medical covered, he got my wife a nice little settlement. We are not ones to file lawsuits, the first in either of our lives and hopefully the last but if the need ever comes up, Mr. Rinehardt and his law firm will be our choice.
