I contacted Jim Schroeder of the Schroeder Law Group on behalf of the Leadership Team of Mt. Nebo Church where I serve as Lead Pastor. We were working through disaffiliating from the United Methodist Church and we sought out Jim’s help to navigate the many legal responsibilities associated with that process: church incorporation, church by-laws, restructuring a mortgage, recording new deeds, and more. We found Jim to be very professional, thorough, and great to work with. His experience as a Methodist pastor was an added plus. He understood church governing structures that enabled him to be well received by denominational leaders with whom he coordinated.

Schroeder Law Group helped with our Defilation of our Methodist Church. Took time to explain everything, we had various meeting. Acted like he care for us and was concerning with our questions.
