Jim and his team provide excellent service and are very responsive to questions and concerns in the process of preparing legal documents. I recently used the firm to prepare real estate contracts for purchase of a property; as well updating wills and POA documents.

Mr. Schroeder would advise and review our Teacher's Association contracts every 2 to 3 years over a course of 10 years. Jim gave sound advice and direction to our association. With his strong background, we were able to achieve our contract goals. Jim has also advised my of our teachers personal legal needs. We are truly greatful to have him on our side. I had used James Schroeder in the past with a title issue. He was able to resolve a very complex legal issue and made it as easy for me as possible to resolve my issue (I had actually hired an attorney previously who was unable to resolve this issue). I was then selling a home and James made sure all paperwork was in order throughout the entire process as well as being the intermediary on any and all issues that arose. He was also extremely pleasant to deal with, does not complicate the legality of any matter and I would recommend him to anyone with a real estate problem.
