Brent is the 3rd attorney to "help" me in my case 24CRB00023. I told him I wanted to go to trial bc I am innocent! He told me if I want to go to trial that I better have back up plans for someone to watch my children (i have nobody) He said bc the prosecutor will request maximum time if I'm found guilty. So I had to suck it up and plea guilty to assault. Which is still bullshit. I was just trying to punish my 13 year old by taking her phone away. And bc liars were involved, it got blown way out of proportion!!! Cmon Brent you could have done better. Watch God bring me justice. I don't need no attorney! Peace.

I hired Mr. Kakish in 2017 for a DUI/DWI issue that I needed a lawyer to take care of. At first he was on the money and assured me everything would be fine; however, all that changed once his legal advice did not pan out the way he thought it would. The case was in Wadsworth, OH. So not only did I have to pay a hefty fine and jail and still lost my license, I paid him about the same amount for basically nothing. I would not recommend him at all. If 0 was an option, I’d give him that
