One Saturday night this past year I made the worst mistake of my life. Just when I thought I was ok to go home after just a few drinks. The worst situation happened I was pulled over and you know what happens after that. The next day I was concerned about my status of my job. On this Sunday I decided to look for lawyers that will handle my situation, I came across Quinn Associates. What surprised me is that they answered the phone on a Sunday. The very next day Monday afternoon Jeffrey Kakish drove almost an hour to my house. Jeff went over some details and assured me that he can take care of my unfortunate predicament. Long story short after a few Court appearances and at the end, my DUI was dropped my job was saved and couldn't be any more happier. They are definitely worth the money

Jeff was an excellent lawyer to work with. I had a problem speeding before and got a speeding ticket on the freeway. It was the third offense this year and my points were getting up there so I was in a bind. Jeff was able to make it a non-moving violation which saved me years of headaches. What a guy! I had gotten an OVI, not proud of it but I have 4. I was looking at prison time Jeff worked his magic and my felony OVI got reduced to a misdemeanor. I ended up getting 48 hours of community service and a fine. Absolute incredible lawyer!

I was in Ohio on business and got charged with an OVI. I did the field sobriety test (failed) and breathalyzer (failed at .102). I flew back to Florida (where I live) and left my case up to Jeff Kakish and Pat Quinn. 38 days after I was arrested, the charge was reduced, and I was off the hook. Jeff & Patt are the absolute best option, period. If you hire anyone else, you are gambling...and I wouldn't gamble with something this important.

Jeff was fantastic helped me through step by step. Got my Ovi knocked down and suspension taken off just paid fine. He and Pat are amazing short version...dress nice show up on time and let them take care of everything. You wont be disappointed.

Jeff did a fantastic job at getting charges stated in the review title to a charge of physical control of a motor vehicle. "Physical control" is the reduced charge for the OVI. Never thought I would even have that considered by the opposing side. Jeff returned all calls and/or texts promptly and I never fealt rushed. Jeff also explained the mindset of the visiting judge and the tempermant of the locals if my case would go to a jury trial.
