Going through a Divorce being left with all the Debt and now being a full time single Father, I didnt know how i was going to survive with all the bills and never in life would I think i would be in the the situation to file bankruptcy. I walked into Luke Homens office and sat down and he explained how bankruptcy worked and I started from there. I filed for bankruptcy and Luke Homen and all the employees there helped me so much and answered every question I had which was a lot and kept putting me at ease because I was a nervous wreck. I filed in November and Discharged in February. I got my life back! So much was lifted off of my shoulders! I am now able to not stress 24/7 about my finances, I have learned so much during the process about money management along the way as well. I did try working with another lawyer a year ago but just got the run around then didn’t reply to email or phone calls. But Luke and his staff were so different. Life happens and we question why things happen the way they do. I had a few rough years. It just kept getting worse and worse. I thought it would turn around and it finally has.
