I honestly was so unsure about bankruptcy or even where to start, there were so many options and so much info out there but nothing guiding me in the right direction. I was so thankful when I came across Luke Homen and called. From the start he was amazing, he made the process smoother than I ever could have imagined. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish - told me what to expect and his updated technology made it super easy to communicate with him and his staff (uploading documents, texting, etc.). Was able to answer questions on a complicated set of timelines and financial situation. Knew current VA/Military exceptions and was able to give guidance based on current acts and laws helping military members and veterans. Free consultation, and was willing to be upfront about the ups and downs of the situation so I could make the best choice for me with no pressure to pursue bankruptcy unless it was what I truly wanted.

I was going to use them but unfortunately financial times came up. They went ahead and deposited a check and completely messed my account up. So now im in more financial trouble than i was before i seen him. Dont use them!!! When I get back on track i will definitely use someone else.
